The Service is operated by an individual developer. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Users interact with the Service solely through blockchain transactions. All relevant data such as wallet addresses, NFTs, and ETH contributions are processed on-chain and publicly available on the blockchain.

Wallet connection is handled by Reown (a third-party authentication provider). While wallet addresses are used to interact with the dApp, this information is stored only on the blockchain and not retained or processed by us.

The Platform has no access to user private keys or sensitive wallet information.

We may use Google Analytics to understand basic usage patterns. These tools may collect:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Device/browser type
• General geolocation (based on IP)
• Pages visited

We do not link this data to any blockchain address or other identifier.

You may disable cookies or use ad-blockers to opt-out of this analytics tracking.

The Service may use third-party services, such as Reown for wallet connection and Google Analytics for usage tracking. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party services.

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.
All user-related information remains on the public blockchain and is not processed off-chain.

Since we do not store personal data, there is no risk of data breaches of off-chain data. The dApp uses HTTPS/SSL encryption for secure communication.

We do not actively transfer user data across borders. However, our hosting providers and Google Analytics may process limited technical data (e.g., IP) in accordance with their privacy practices.

As we do not store personal data off-chain, GDPR rights such as access, correction, or deletion do not apply in the traditional sense.

Any data related to user interactions is permanently recorded on the blockchain and outside of our control.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service or any other matter relating to the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Using the Service involves risks, including but not limited to:

• The volatility of cryptocurrency prices
• The potential for loss of funds due to smart contract errors or hacks
